Not to be mistaken

jessjess / June 5th, 2008

Hello again, long time no type. Things have been crazy here the last couple months, but crazy in a good way. We (Pete and I + my dad) are getting ready to move to Wilmington, North Carolina in about a week and a half. So, there hasn’t been a lot of time for SNC (not to be mistaken for Surf North Carolina) updates however, Pete just got the gallery page up so you can now check out some recent and not so recent works of mine that are for sale. The prices are not up yet but will be soon, if you want to get your hands on one of these pieces before anyone else, go ahead and contact me and I can give you more info about them. I hope everyone is enjoying there summer… until next time.

In like a lion

When spring rolls around every year it makes me really anxious to get outside, start gardening, creating, doing everything I can to indulge in this beautiful time of the year. I’m really happy that the new website is up and new plans are being made for what’s to come with SNC and Robotic Relative. Recently I made a page on the American Cancer Society website in memory of my mother. I think this will be a good way to keep track of the money and support SNC is raising for cancer research. You can view/ purchase the benefit shirts on the product page or if you just want to make a donation you can do it directly through this ACS page and read about why I started making these shirts in the first place feel free to comment as well. I will soon put a link up in proper form but for now check it out here KGH memorial fund

Welcome to the new and improved SNC site! Since the site has been down for so long I have not gotten to give any updates about what’s been going on. So, first off. Back in October I was able to go to my first festival in Fayetteville, WV at their annual Bridge Day event. It’s pretty insane, for one day they close off the New River Gorge Bridge and people base dive off of it or repel and you eat funnel cakes or taco in a bag and have a great time. It was an experience for sure, I met some great people who were very excited about SNC and my new line of greeting cards for Robotic Relative which are also available now on this site. So while you’re here take a few minutes to check everything out, there’s a bunch of new product with more on the way.

whats going on

The next thing I would like to mention is that SNC made its first donation to the American Cancer Society! I am very excited about this and I can’t thank everyone enough for your donations and support. It truly means a lot to me and my family. For those of you who feel out of the loop on this… I will tell you right now. All the proceeds from the growth t-shirt go to the American Cancer Society, in memory of my mom, she lost her battle with cancer in 2005. I would also like to say thanks to Pete who has been a tremendous help with the new site. Thanks Pete!
